  • Do you ship worldwide?

    Yes! Angus & Celeste ship safely all over the world at extremely discounted rates.

    All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Victoria, Australia where all international orders are shipped with Express International Shipping.

    Delivery can be as fast a week depending on your location.

    To get a shipping quote, simply drop your chosen item(s) into your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page. On the checkout page, if your billing and shipping address are the same, simply scroll down to the Billing Details section and select your Country/Region from the drop down menu. The true shipping price will be reflected further down the page in the Your Order section, under the product summary subtotal.

    If the billing and shipping address are different, after completing the Billing Details section, checkmark the option ‘Deliver to a different address?’. From the expanded Shipping Details section, select the destination Country/Region from the drop down menu.   • Are there international duties or customs taxes?

    The prices listed on our website do not include overseas duties, customs or import charges which can apply to some countries; payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the delivery cost. Duties and taxes are based on the total value of the goods plus the true cost of shipping. Different countries have different thresholds, if you are unsure we recommend visiting your local government customs website.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Angus & Celeste endeavour to despatch all orders promptly, within 1-2 business days from the receipt of order.

    All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Ferntree Gully, Victoria, Australia.

    For “Regular Shipping” within Australia, please allow between 4-6 business days to receive your order, and up to 2-3 weeks for items during SALE periods.

    For “Express Shipping” within Australia, please allow 1-3 business days to receive your order.

    All international orders are shipped via “International Express Shipping”. Delivery times are dependent on your location. To err on the side of caution, we recommend our international customers to allow up to 3 weeks to receive their order.

  • Do you offer Express International & Domestic shipping?

    We certainly do!

    For domestic orders, simply select “Express Shipping” from the shipping options on the check out page.

    All international orders are shipped using an Intenational Express service, so there is no option to select any other shipping service.

  • Why have I only received part of my order?

    To ship your order safely we sometimes have to split items into multiple boxes, which occasionally part ways in the postal system.

    Rest assured, you will receive tracking details for each package in order to track them. All tracking information will be emailed to you via the email account your order was placed with.

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes! Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will be emailed the tracking details which you can use to track your order all the way to your door.

  • How do you safely ship ceramics?

    We admit it. Sometimes the thought of sending fragile goods through the post can sound like a crazy idea. Rest assured, Angus & Celeste goods are packed appropriately to handle whatever bumps and tumbles your package may endure on its journey to you.

    Each Angus & Celeste product comes in a beautifully illustrated branded gift box ingenuously constructed from recycled cardboard. All orders are packed with dissolvable and biodegradable vegetable starch beads and degradable bubble wrap. The packing beads provide strong cushioning and stability in transit with their spongy exterior. These beads dissolve in water and are compostable. Not only are they environmentally friendly, but they won’t harm children or pets either! When additional protection is needed, we use degradable bubble wrap as it lessens the damage to our environment.

    Our goods are then packed into recyclable outer cartons to protect the inner gift box.

  • Orders shipping to USA

    Angus & Celeste use the Australian postal service, Auspost, when initiating and dispatching each order, which partners with the USPS once the goods land in the US.

    This is a sensitive express service, delivering within 7-10 business days.

    Developments in how US custom charges are applied upon arrival in the United States are ongoing. Monitoring these changes is the responsibility of the customer.

    Duties will be assessed on the goods using either of the two methods below, but the specific methodology is available for only six months starting August 29th 2025, after which all applicable shipments must comply with the ad valorem duty methodology.

    Ad valorem duty: A duty equal to the effective tariff rate imposed under IEEPA applicable to the country of origin of the product, assessed based on the value of each shipment.

    Specific duty: A duty ranging from $80 per item to $200 per item, depending on the effective IEEPA tariff rate applicable to the country of origin of the product.

    Angus & Celeste goods fall under the HTS Tariff code 6911900050 (Ceramic products: Tableware, kitchenware, other household articles and toilet articles, of porcelain or china). Country of origin China, shipping from Australia.

    This means that the buyer is responsible for paying tariffs, import duties, taxes (like VAT/GST), and any associated handling fees to the final delivery company or customs authority when their items are delivered or before they can be released from customs.
